Important Notes

Expenses : All travel-related expenses (transportation, accommodation, etc.) must be borne by the exhibitor.

Booth Management : At least one staff member must be present at the booth at all times during the event.

Booth Options & Pricing

Shell Scheme Booth (Fixed 3m x 2m) : FREE

a) Linear expansion (connecting multiple booths) is available upon request.

b) Inclusions : Folding chairs, information desk, lighting, 1KW power supply, and a fascia board with the company name.

Raw Space (Custom Stand) : FREE

a) Space & Design : Exhibitors must coordinate with the Organizer regarding the total area and booth design.

b) Benefits : Exhibitors managing their own custom installation will receive priority in space allocation and layout coordination.

c) Large Displays : Exhibitors bringing display items that exceed the standard shell scheme dimensions (W x D) will receive additional support for space and installation planning.
